The Elegance in Bridal Show is a part of Heavenly Haven Productions. Heavenly Haven Productions was started by Khaliyah Barakhyahu and Sharown Isra-Ul in 2009. Previous to that Khaliyah Barakhyahu operated Event Savvy Productions and Heavens’ Touch, one of the best Event planning companies in Richmond, Virginia. Sharown Israul also a trendsetter in her fields operated Rose Suave a Consulting business that tracked information for companies and individuals. Together they combined talents and businesses under Heavenly Haven Productions, Inc. which encompasses Event Planning and Consulting.
Khaliyah Barakhyahu who focuses her attention to the Event planning of the business graduated from American University, in Washington DC, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and minor in Special Education. She went on to teach 4th grade for the Richmond Public School system in Virginia. Throughout her life she was always planning parties for friends and family. In 2002, Khaliyah Barakhyahu left her job to pursue Wedding Planning full time.
Khaliyah Barakhyahu returned to school to become a Certified Bridal Consultant. With 10 years of planning under her belt, she has planned weddings, parties, network meetings and Bridal Shows.Her resume includes the Virginia Community leader for the Association of Wedding Professionals International, the writer for Ask the Wedding Planner on Williamsburgweddings.com and the co-founder of The Forever Yours Dream Wedding Giveaway and Elegance in Bridal Show. Interviews about her events have been published in the Richmond Times Dispatch and she has appeared on NBC12 and NBC29.
Heavenly Haven Productions is a member of the Association for Wedding Professionals International (AFWPI), and The Bridal Show Producers International (BSPI). They continue to be the leading event planning and consulting company in Virginia.

Angelica Harper James
Event Designer
Angelica Harper James is a Bridal Consultant with over 11 years experience in the event planning industry.
Angel grew up in Mechanicsville , VA and graduated from Atlee High School . She attended college at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa , OK where she majored in Business Administration and minored in Psychology.
In addition to being involved in over 100 weddings and receptions, Angel has had the privilege of planning a wide variety of events including corporate meetings, birthday and anniversary parties, crowning ceremonies, bridal and baby showers, sporting events, fundraisers and many other social activities.
Although Angel enjoys the planning process from beginning to end, her favorite part is the invitations. She believes they create the mood for the entire event. Angel’s attention to detail and creative ability help to make every event memorable.
Desiney Weaver Lowery
Fashion Show Coordinator
Desiney Weaver Lowery has a passion for creating distinctive events. Her attention to detail, style and quality, always tailors to the client's vision, is her professional trademark.
With over 10 years of experience, she has planned events for 25 to 750 guests, coordinated weddings, birthday and anniversary parties and corporate board meetings. Along the way she has acquired a keen understanding of what makes an event special: persistent attention to detail coupled with creativity, sensitivity to the needs and wishes of the client, and an insider knowledge of available venues and resources.
Desiney's education and experiences opened doors and presented opportunities in many different directions, but her love for making the ordinary memorable always leads her back to this chosen career. At Heavenly Haven Productions, she focuses all her creativity and effectiveness on planning unique occasions for her clients.
